Elected Positions

Lodge Chief and the Lodge Vice chief are voted electronically by youth members of the entire lodge.  Elections for lodge officers begin April 24, 2026 through May 10, 2026.

Chapter officers are elected by youth members within their own chapter.

The following positions are elected positions. Other lodge positions are nominated and then selected by the elected chief and vice chief. Chapter vice chiefs are selected by the elected chapter chief.

  • Lodge Chief
  • Lodge Vice Chief
  • Chapter Chief

All lodge youth are eligible to run for lodge office, however individuals may only run for chapter office in the chapter they are registered in. Before running, prospective candidates must fill out a Google letter of intent form (below) by April 16, 2026.  More details on the application and campaign process is included in the election process document link below.

Appointed Cabinet Positions

It takes more than just a chief and vice-chief to run our lodge!  When elected, each leadership duo – with consultation from their adviser – may appoint youth to secretary roles in their chapter or lodge cabinet.
