Calling all OA Members interested in or currently serving as a Luminary or Ceremonialist!
Many have had the chance to experience the new inductions process launched this spring to welcome new members into the Order of the Arrow. This change prompts us to now recruit and train a new generation of ceremonialists, luminaries (guides for new members) to make all future induction weekends successful.
Join us to sharpen your skills to facilitate small groups, perform ceremonies and learn now to play a critical role in the induction process. The weekend will include hands-on practice and insights from our spring inductions team members as we expand upon early adoption of this new program for inductions. To staff our induction weekends as a lodge, we will need dozens of Arrowmen trained and ready to successfully execute their roles.
Whether you’re a seasoned leader or new to the lodge, this training promises a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and have a great time with fellow Arrowmen.

- Youth & Adult Lodge members interested in being Luminaries
- Youth members interested in being part of ceremonies
When: Check-in begins at 6PM on Friday, August 28th at Heritage/Gagner at Stearns
- Please eat dinner before arrival
- Check out at 11AM on Sunday, August 30th.
