Upon completion of the requirements and submitting this form, the lodge member is entitled to purchase up to two Centennial Award Lodge Flaps from a special online trading post, council service center, at the Centennial Event or at Fall Fellowship. Instructions and a verification token are displayed and also emailed after the form is submitted.
