Officer Elections
Elected Positions
The following positions are elected; voted upon by the youth membership of Totanhan Nakaha Lodge in from April 19th to May 12th.
Lodge Chief and Lodge Vice chiefs will be voted on electronically by the entire lodge. Constellation and Chapter officers will be elected at their respective spring conclaves.

All lodge youth are eligible to run for lodge office, however individuals may only run for chapter or constellation office in the chapter and constellation they are registered in. Before running, prospective candidates must fill out the following letter of intent (below), and email a scanned copy to the Lodge Staff Adviser by April 17th, 2024. More details on the application and campaign process is included in the below documents.

Appointed Cabinet Positions
It takes more than just a chief and vice-chief to run our lodge! When elected, each leadership duo – with consultation from their adviser – may appoint youth to secretary roles in their chapter, constellation, or lodge cabinet.
While these roles are up to the chief and vice-chief to define, usually each area will have a:
- Secretary of Communications
- Secretary of Finance
- Secretary of Membership
- Secretary of Fellowship
- Secretary of Service
- Secretary of Training
Youth interested in these positions are encouraged to apply using the following form, filled out and sent to their chapter, constellation, or lodge adviser (See contact list):
